CCD REGISTRATION

2025-2026 Saint Margaret Mary Parish CCD Registration
Please use this form to register children aged 17 years and younger for faith formation.

For students enrolling in First Holy Communion or Confirmation Year II, a copy of the Baptismal certificate is required.

A $50 registration fee per student also applies for these two classes to cover the cost of sacramentals and the Confirmation Retreat.
