Welcome to St. Margaret Mary, a small traditional Catholic parish. We are dedicated to spreading the teachings of the Catholic faith and fostering a close-knit community. Our parish has a rich history and a vibrant present, and we welcome all to join us in worship and fellowship.
Safe Environment
Adult volunteers in the Diocese of Oakland must complete three mandatory steps before they can begin serving:

VIRTUS Training: Complete the mandatory Safe Environment online training module. This education on recognizing and preventing child sexual abuse must be renewed every three years.

Live Scan Fingerprinting: Volunteers who have direct, ongoing contact with minors or vulnerable adults must undergo a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting cleared prior to serving.

Code of Conduct Agreement: Review and sign the Diocesan Policy and Expectations for Ministry to Minors/Code of Conduct.
Volunteers should register and access training modules through the Virtus Online Platform. Specific ministries, such as Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) coaching or SPRED, may require additional certifications.
